Why confuse simplicity in communication to "quick fix" tool books? Why mix need for conceptual clarity to complexity in delivery treating it as lack of substance versus form?

Some even believe that simplicity lacks substance! How proven is that?

My Point of View

Professional communication’s linguistic complexity is a multifaceted phenomenon, rooted in psychological needs, (insecurity, inferiority, lack of self esteem, poor achievement orientation) institutional structures (form versus content), and economic incentives (Functions like HR, corporate affairs, cover ups).

It is neither purely malicious nor entirely unconscious (blind to own faults & lack of receptivity to feedback), but represents a sophisticated social performance where language becomes a tool of identity, power, deep desire to appear different, unique and survival.

The most profound expertise is not demonstrated through linguistic labyrinths but through the ability to illuminate complex ideas with remarkable simplicity. As our professional landscapes become increasingly interconnected, the true markers of intelligence will be those who can bridge linguistic gaps, making knowledge accessible rather than exclusive.
