As the former CHRO at Vishvaraj Group, he designed job levels, set up the performance management system, and streamlined recruitment processes, while at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, he not only handled business HR role and performance management process, but also led significant projects, making impactful contributions to HR analytics, budgeting, and large-scale people impact initiatives.
